I'm sad to say that I9100 is not the same with I9100G. You are sore that was the root file for I9100G?
The phone start with a computer and a phone on the display?

I have checked the I9100 and I9100G intructions in Octopus Help and they are wrong becouse they are the same and the phones hardware is not the same. You can't flash I9100 on I9100G or I9100G on I9100.

Again if you have computer exclamation and phone, that is download mode for I9100G and you can flash it verry easy, but this time with good I9100G firmware. Look at support they put today a firmware. Maybe special for you

The problem is the flash files are in support but when you select i9100G in octopus software, flashing is not supported you have to select other versions. Hmmmmm, my customer is really furious for bricking her phone, really bad!

You need to learn how to use other software for Samsung flash. The best software for flashing is Odin ver 1.85 for I9100/G/P/T. But you will need a firmware from **************** for your model.
You will put the file in PDA and Start Maybe you are lucky.

You need PIT only if you can't resurect directly with I9100GXWKJ2_I9100GODDKJ2_I9100GDDKI1_HOME.tar.md5 And if you used PIT file when was flashed I9100 firmware and I think Octopus file don't include a PIT.

Tried samfirmware files with odin and converted some files with octopus too but flashing i9100g is not enabled in octopus.

I have all odin versions, phone will flash then end up with the spinning android or reboot menu

For 10years never had such a problem. I have medusa jtag but don't know how to use it
