To connect SM-J500M phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

Writing Certificate failed

The phone dont ask the pin code from any sim card..
but the imei is ok.. and is "pass"

Hello.

What operation You're want perform with the phone exactly? To perofrm "Write Cert" operaiton You need to select a correct Certificate file, with *.cert extension.

i dont know why dont ask the pin code isf imei is ok.

Try to reflash the phone. Try to make an "Unlock".

As You can see from Software log, your phone has one the latest firmwares:

In firmwares for Qualcomm-based phones, released after 01.10.2015 ability to Unlock such devices by supported method was disabled by Samsung (Security hole was closed). To unlock this phone You can try to downgrade firmware version (write older, by release date, firmware) or write only older modem and then repeat "Unlock" operation.

Note: downgrading of phone firmware can damage your device. You can try to do this only on your own risk.

Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check what causes the problem with writing of a Cert file.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

There's only a *.log file available for download by link, which You've posted. Please upload both *.log and *.logx files of performed operations and post here download link. *.logx file has the same title as *.log file.

I already write new imei.. now sim 1 and two are ok.. and when i check imei i have:
m(pass) (s) pass

But now the problem is that the phone dont ask pin..
already try another sim..
already make unlock operation..
100% software..
