help me 9005 imei


guys I bought for my octopus box sm-n9005, I thought that was a problem because of imei gave imei null instead is the result. What do I do? I throw the phone



Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM5
Selected model: SM-N9005

Please carefully peform the following steps to connect the phone:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart thephone.
14. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port.
15. Press "Read Info" in software.

Please make factory reset and try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares.

nothing to do, I installed another firmware but nothing keeps giving me a black screen. but when I press the button on the bottom left exit a menu that says input key, end, wifi etc etc.. I am only enter numbers, but nothing

Turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone, read out phone's info via ADB (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here full Software log with this info.

Yes, connect the device via Micro USB cable, turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone, press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software and post here full Software log with read phone's info.
