help n7005 sreen lock user code


I almost tried all root file and all pass with no luck when software ask for entering recovery mode comp not see the phone plz note that tmobile has version 5

To connect SM-N9005 phone you have to perform the following
steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Restart phone.
11. Press "Read Info" in software.

Selected port: COM3
Selected model: SM-N9005
Port is busy
Please, put the phone into Recovery Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-N9005 into Recovery Mode, please, perform the following
steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume+" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. Release the "Power ON" key when the Samsung logo appears.

Hello.

Try to re-install Samsung USB drivers, try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection of the phone.
Also, try to re-connect the phone few times while it is in Recovery Mode.

If neither of suggested solutions won't help - try to process the phone on another PC.
