Help octoplus repair IMEI GT-P3100 [Solved] - GSM-Forum

I have a tablet, GT-P3100 to change imei, made the whole process have already given root the device,
everything was going well, but then gave error:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To connect GT-P3100 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When the message appears press "Yes".
5. Connect USB cable to the phone.
6. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

What is the IMEI in your device (by "*#06#")? As I see, some data are damaged in it:

Phone SN: 00000000000

If IMEI is null/null, most likely EFS is damaged in your device, that's why Software can't make Repair IMEI. Octoplus Samsung Software currently doesn't support Repair EFS for this device. If You have another one GT-P3100 with correct EFS, You can read EFS from it and try to write this EFS backup into your device.

Also try to write older firmware "P3100XWALE2_OJVALE1_Arabic_Android_4.0.3" from the Support Area, then make Repair IMEI and post here the result.

Former was correct IMEI was only null / null after the failure in writing the new IMEI

I'm downloading the older firmware support, if I do the installation of the old firmware, I can repair the imei without having to have another model equal to the EFS backup? help me please.

Estou fazendo download da firmware mais antiga do suporte , se eu fazer a instalação da antiga firmware , consigo reparar o imei sem ter que ter outro modelo igual para backup da EFS? ajuda-me por favor.

Final result....
downgrade to 4.03
repair imei .....ok repair imei :-)
after i have reupgrade to 4.2.2 and no network ...ok keep calm and i have repair network ..after reboot i have repair imei and network but with 4.03 and 4.22 i can't repair sn ...why? the phone work :-) but why i can't repair sn?

Instalei a room 4.0.3 do suporte , rooteei novamente o aparelho , com os arquivos do suporte , reparei o IMEI do aparelho utilzando o atual no verso do tablet .
No final , deu sucesso , e então reparei novamente o IMEI do aparelho , só que dessa vez com o IMEI definitivo. SUCESSO , muito obrigado pela ajuda OCTOPUS BOX.
