[Help] Octopus Box card not found


hello sir, i was doing firmware download via support site then suddenly the Octopus Box showing card not found.

I also tried changing USB Cable and ports but the same problem still "Card not Found"

Hello.

Try to re-install smart card and smart card reader driver, restart PC, then check whether You can start the Software (card, reader).
If driver installation won't help - remove smart card from the box, clean its contacts then insert it back into the box and try to run the Software.

If after these actions problem will remain - contact us to Skype, or Yahoo! Messenger, we'll check where can be the problem. Our contacts You can find in our profile.

yes sir, I already tried reinstalling the Octopus Box Driver and its smart card reader, I also Restarted the pc. I also did just now updating the samsung tool. but no luck.

the only I had not tried yet is opening the box because it was still sealed with warranty. I just purchased this box last month (November) so if I will try to open the box it might void the warranty. but since you instructed me to open the box I just hope it wont void the box warranty.
