[HELP PLEASE] Cant connect any samsung phone - always emergency mode?

I am having issues getting my new octopus box to work. I am trying to connect my i317m and it always says emergency mode.

I have done the steps to set the phone up properly. I am running windows 7 x64 and have the driver v5 installed.

Please help!! I would love to get my new box up and running
