Hello.
Please try to do the next:
1. Make "Repair EFS".
2. Re-flash the device with the firmware "E160SKSJMH2_1034927_REV02_user_low_ship_Andro id_4 .1.2.oct".
3. Make "Repair NVM".
4. Make "Repair IMEI".
5. Post here software log of performed operations and tell results.

1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "319712358" number.
3. Enter "996412" password.
4. Go to System->SIO mode.
5. Select "Modem" radio button for USB section.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#9090#" number.
8. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
9. Restart phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: E160SKSJMH2_1034927_REV02_user_low_ship_Android_4. 1.2.oct
Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a PC.
To put SHV-E160S phone into download mode you have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.
Found phone on
Firmware write started.
Writing BOOT section...
BOOT section has been written successfully.
Writing Firmware Failed

Please do the next:
1. Close the Software.
2. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Fully charge phone's battery and try to write firmware once again.
4. Close the Software.
5. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research where can be the problem with your device.
