Do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Root the phone.
3. Make backups of Security, EFS and NVM ("Read Security", "Read EFS" and "Read NVM" buttons in Software).
4. Perform the Unlock operation.
5. Perform Repair IMEI operation (select service IMEI from the Software list).
6. Write here the result.

Hi , I'm trying to try to fix the phone but it makes this error when I try to do any operation to read: Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM4
Selected model: SM-N9005
Proper Android device not found. Make shure That "USB debugging" option on the device is turned on.
Reading security failed.

I have the phone rooted and usb debugging active

I'm not set the diag config, it tells me on the screen of your phone after typing *#9090#; diag config not supported

This means You have not rooted of the device correctly or USB Debugging Mode is not turned on. Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, root the device once again (try to use another rooting Software/exploit), turn on USB Debugging Mode, re-install ADB driver and repeat the operation once again.

Hi there
I am new in this forum and i just repair imei from galaxy note 3 SM-900T(tmobile usa) and SM-900A(at&t usa)
all has success for repair imei , phone and data work after repair imei.

This is what i want ask with octopus about my problem
1.) Before changed imei for note 3,i found some imei from octopus box has blacklist when i checked before i fix imei with octopus and i don't have option to put imei by self from the software like repair imei for galaxy s4.
2.) after i changed imei and i want to unlock the phone and after unlock succesfuly i check again the imei has changed randomly by octopus box and the bad thing is if we get imei that already blacklist than i need to repair imei again,it's look like the network has detect the imei number because the people has used that imei more and more with same imei and when they used the phone and register with the network it show that imei has duplicate and it maybe more than 10 time and i believe that the reason imei has blacklist or in limbo.
3.) is that possible to remove start logo like at&t or tmobile logo by octopus?

Thank you

@widjaja78: 1) Currently only "Repair to Service IMEI" operation is supported for Note 3 phones.
2) Software list of Service IMEIs includes all possible service IMEIs for particular phone. Unfortunately, there is no other service IMEIs, than that which are already in list.
3) Start logo like AT&T or T-Mobile is part of firmware. Writing non branded firmware should remove brand's start logo.

@njdevil90: make "Repair 3G/4G" and check network. Try to write different service IMEIs.
