Please explain the problem in more details, step by step and post here full Software log with all of your actions.

I connected the device " sansung gt - s5230 " sam E210 cable as instructed in the Octoplusbox software .
With unit connected properly applied the door code reading . After this operation , the scarifier was frozen in the " GT - S5230 " screen.

Platform : Samsung Broadcom
Selected port : COM52
Selected model : GT - S5230
Detected phone model : GT - S5230
SW Version : VIIE2_IF2
Version of HW : MP 0.610
The Phone IMEI : 354716-03-255481-1

This is strange... Try to make Factory data reset, try to re-flash the phone with the firmware from the Support Area and write here the result.
