Help SGH-I527 imei repair


On the *#9090# menue, I select "USB", Then it goes back to "UART" even before rebooting. I went ahead an performed imei repair, at the end I get "imei successfully repaired. dial *#06#, old imei still There:

Hello.
Please post here software log of Repair IMEI operation.

Also please make Factory Reset and re-flash the phone with firmware from Support Area.

Then do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
3. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
4. To finish the operation, restart the phone via phone's menu, don't disconnect the battery, this is important.
5. Write here the result.

Here it is


To connect SGH-I527 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Make "Factory data reset" and re-flash the phone with firmware from Support Area, then perform steps 1-5 once again.
When "Repair IMEI" operation will be successfully completed, You should restart the phone via phone's menu, don't disconnect the battery, this is important!

Same results. Factory reset then reflash .oct then root and carry on.

Try to find NVM file from backup folder
look at the time
find the first one ( the earilest one)
that is the original NVM backup
write the NVM file to the phone to see what happen

try to read (backup) the NVM file by yourself before unlock the phone
it is very important to unlock thoes phones have new securuty.
when things go wrong, you have the chance to witre the NVM file back to the phone.

Got a prloblem. When I try to make a call, I get "Dialing....." and does not make the call. Any suggetions?

Try to re-flash the phone and then make "Repair NVM". If this will not help, currently no another solution.
