Hello! dear team, there's this issue on this j200f that i want to know how to fix it. The issue is that if you change the language from the settings, within 5-10mins it returns back to a different language. And if try to back up and reset from the settings it wount work, also combination keys wount work. the moment you slide to wipe data recorvery and press power key to confirm, it will authomatically restart.

Hello sirs, i have reflashed the phone, but back up and restore still disabled, wipping from recorvery still cant work. nothing changed. What is the next step?.

Try to write different firmwares one by one. If problem will remain - please check phone's HW.
