1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When the message appears press "Yes".
5. Connect USB cable to the phone.
6. Press "Read Info" in software.

1st try the imei is ok but network not unlock and then 2nd attempt my imei comes to 000000000000000 default what the procedr to change my imei help octopus team

Also, always read attentively software messages which appear in Software when You make Repair Network for this device:

SM-N900*. Please, be careful! After Repair Network operation, IMEI will be set to "00000000000000".

If You want to return the phone to the previous state (with phone's IMEI, that was before), just write back into the phone the security backup "Security-SM-N900-31-03-2014_19-19-01-.asec".
