Write first security backup (that was created by Software before performing the Unlock operation) into the phone and try to make repair IMEI once again. Post here full Software log with these actions.

Your phone doesn't answer to Software's CMDs. Try to use another Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable with 523-525 kOhm resistor inside. Also try to use another box as UART interface with Samsung Micro UART cables You have. Currently no another solution.

It worked!!!! I use NSPro as Interface and used one of my old S7070 cables that came with the NSPro and picked up really fast I tried with other cables and NSPro interface and none of them worked but as soon as I connected the S7070 it read it lighting fast.

So my box UART is damaged right?

Hard to say exactly. Need to have it in hands to research the problem. Try to test also Box UART interface with other different phone's.
