| when i try to open octopus .then it say update ur card..when i i update my card..its say update fail contect ur reseler... sorry my card no. is 0201AXXX I install it frist time .just now i buy it. |

| What activation do You want to update? If Samsung - You need to buy Samsung activation code and enter it in update wizard. Please write us to PM software log with update procedure. |

| When I try and open the Samsung Installer a small window appears and says, "The product is not activated on the current card." So how do I enter my activation code? |
