No, "Octopus Samsung Box" means, that Samsung is already activated on the card, no need any activation.

Disconnect all other devices from PC, reboot the PC, re-start the phone, turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone and try to connect the phone again. Try to connect the phone to another motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs, this is important.

my notebook specs is:
CPU: Core i7 4720HQ 2.6 GHZ
RAM: 16GB 1600 Mhz
GPU: Intel HD 4600 and Nvidia GTX 980m
Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Hare using only USB 2.0 com port directly from pc motherboard?
