Hello.

Try to root the phone with Towelroot or with latest version of VRoot software.
Then perform Unlock according to steps described in Software manual for this phone (press "Help" button in Software).

after root open ur root on shortcut when u open root scree show for disable knox press yes for disable after that u can unlock with octopus

1.hard reset ur phone
2.connect adb and start root with kingroot
3.after root open root icon and on screen show question for disable knox, choice yes
4.unlock ur phone with octopus

download this SuperSU-eu.chainfire.supersu-194-v1.94 - Download - 4shared

install to n7100 then open supersu

on supersu it will say disable knox

then press ok
