Arrow How to connect SGH-I537

Hello guys I have had this box for 30 days now and still can not get it to work. Im using a Windows 7 32bit laptop. When I connect the box the red PW button and the green SC is turn on from the box. I first root the phone with KINGO... Then i follow the steps by turning on USB DEBUG on, and setting it to DM+MODEM+ADB...then setting it to Diag Config to USB...but when i click connect i always get this log...on every single phone i tried..

Based on octoplus support they say the box isnt able to read my phones modem. I have heard of sometimes the box not working properly with the computer and you have to modify some files. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue in the past and how they solve it please? or if the box is defective so i can request a new one. Im connecting it correctly for sure i follow all steps and tried like 10 phones all read the same.
