how to remove privacy lock from C3010s

My best box yet failed again by the hand of another ant of samsung C3010s which came with privacy locked and here is the log

there is no unfreez code or user code i used 00000000 and 51877360 but didnt worked
as i am warrned so as a good octopus user i wont tell other how did customer solved this problem.

What code (type of codes) does your phone request exactly? Maybe, there is user (phone) code in your device. Read user (phone) code is currently not supported. We will try to add "Read user code" feature for such devices in next updates.

it was privacy code but even if i had unfreeze or user code i could have reset it to factory settings to clear that but................
