Hello.
Please try to make Repair EFS and then re-flash the phone. If the problem will be still the same - currently no software solution for such issue; most likely, this is HW problem (problem with phone's flash chip).

after repairing efs shows this

To connect GT-I9003 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".

6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Close window.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

What are the baseband and IMEI in your phone after of Repair EFS? If the problem is still the same - currently no software solution for such issue.

Hello.
Try to do the next:
1. Make "Repair EFS".
2. Re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether phone's Baseband is correct (not Unknown).

Also, this can be HW problem.
