Member: 370221 Status: Offline Sonork: 1592059 Thanks Meter: 97 | Well when I type *#0808# I get the options to change to DM+MODEM+ADB the device said saved 9 but when I enter again the option is MTP+ADB. And when I type *#7284# and select the "modem" nothing hapend |

To connect GT-I8550L, perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect Micro USB cable from the phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development. 3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 4. When message is appear press "Yes". 5. Go to dial window. 6. Enter "*#7284#" number. 7. Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value. 8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings". 9. Select "DM+Modem+ADB". 10. Close window. 11. Go to dial window. 12. Enter "*#9090#" number. 13. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value. 14. Restart the phone. 15. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software. Write here, whether all the steps has been performed successfully or were problems with some of them. Also say, what device appears in PC Device Manager, when You perform steps 1-15 and connect the device to PC. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,411 | Try to re-flash the phone with firmware from the Support Area, then repeat the steps required for connection and try to read phone's info on both "Main" and "Android/EFS manager" tabs of the Software. |
