All Cert files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area. Cert files compatibility.
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

You need to press "Install" button in TWRP Recovery, then select an archive, which You want to "install" (BETA-SuperSU-v2.71 in your case).
You can also try to root the phone with CF Auto Root, if You are not familiar with rooting via TWRP process.
