Please read carefully Software manual: before to perform "Unlock" operation, You should root the phone or write the special firmware "GT-S6810P_for_Unlock_and_IMEI_SN_Repair" from the Support Area from the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/".

Please root the phone or write this firmware and then repeat "Unlock" operation again. Post here full Software log with all of these actions.
