How to Unlock Samsung S4 I9515 ?
Is Octopus server credit Unlock working well now or disabled yet ?

If You have IMEI Certificate file, You can write IMEI Certificate to unlock the phone.

by the way, is factory unlock service not active only on octopus or any server?

does this effect daily use? like network drop, no service , 2G , 3G ?

There should be no problems, but don't forget to make all backups (Security, EFS, QCN) before perform the operation.

Done everything & lost camera function.. most people out here got camera issue after doing above procedure ! please fix this issue as we loose tons of DATA unlocking this phone

(need more than 3 GB )

Try to re-flash the phone with "I9301IXCUANJ6_I9301IITVANJ1_ITV_Android_4.4.2 .oct " firmware from the Support Area.
