Sorry to ask so lazy questions , but this soft wich i pay for it was supposed to work ... or at least to have working options , not fake ones .

I put 00000000 and wrong code ....

What type of lock is in your device exactly?

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Take out SIM card from the phone.
3. Perform the "Read codes" operation and enter unlocking code.
4. Post here full (not reduced) Software log.
