Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Delete all files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
3. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation again.
4. Close the Software.
5. If IMEI will remain "004999010640000" - upload somewhere latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from "C:\Program Files(x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" folder and then post here the link. We will research where can be the problem and write You the result.

Try to do the next:

1. Fully charge phone's battery.
2. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
3. Re-flash the phone with another firmware from the Support Area.
4. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation again. To finish the Repair IMEI operation, restart the phone via phone's menu (via "Power ON" button, don't disconnect the battery, this is important). If aftter restart, IMEI is still the same or will be reset to 004999010640000, repeat the Repair IMEI operation once again.
5. Post here full Software log with all of your actions and say the result.
