i have problem to flash samsung i9300 - GSM-Forum

hi

i cant flash samsung i9300 dead // screen white //, phone can b enter in downloading mode

To connect GT-I9300 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Connect usb cable to phone.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter *#9090# number.
8. Set speed to 115200.
9. Reboot phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: GT-I9300_Root.oct
Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a PC.
To put GT-I9300 phone into download mode you have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.
Found phone on
Firmware write started.
Please select firmware with PIT
Writing Firmware Failed
Operation was canceled

Hello.
As You can see, there is damaged partitions info in phone's flash chip:

And software ask to write (to restore) this info (write firmware with PIT). Please try to write firmware with PIT ("PIT_I9300XXBLH1_I9300ITVBLH2") from the Support Area. If after of writing firmware the problem will remain - the problem is with phone's flash chip. Try to replace it.

i try to write PIT and give m ERROR what a problem ?

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Close window.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.
