You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation. 2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check what causes the problem. |

To access Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software. |
