To connect SM-N910S phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

In order to connect the phone via UART, You need to block highlighted pin with a tape/paper and use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection.

Please install the latest Software version and repeat "Write Cert" operation. If problem will remain the same - reflash the phone, then try to write a Cert file again.

Please upload the following files to any file-sharing service:
1. Security backup of the phone. You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation.
2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check what causes the problem.

same problem of mine same model n910s.but icant find cert, file from octoplus support.my imei is 000000000000000.hoping that someone would give certificate file for the said model.

Cert files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area (Cert files compatibility).
To access Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
