I need support for Octoplus credit accounts please - GSM-Forum

I bought credits twice, and they created 2 accounts for me, on one of them i have 100 credits, on second 40 credits. Now, because of that, i cant use them even for frp resetting. I've told them to add credits to existing account, but they told me that is not possible.

Can please combine my two accounts into single one ?
