Hello.

You should use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection via UART.

Try to re-install FTDI drivers (http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...rs_2.08.24.zip). Try to use different Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cables with 525-530kOm resistor. Try to use another box as UART interface.

open ur box comm properties like that ...

and check the comm of ur box like comm 10 or comm 5 what ever

and check hardware ids...if VID_304&PID_6001 it's ok

If VID_304_PID_0000 need repair

u can use any cable like (z3x , SPT , Asansam , ETc)
BUT use Octopus own cable that work best with box

Double check to see if the imei isn't blacklisted. I've also had these issues but as you mentioned above, once you write a clean esn qcn it automatically picks up signal. Tested on many devices
