"USB Debugging" Mode is not turned on in your device. Please disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, turn on "USB Debugging" Mode and repeat "Unlock" operation again.

Don't forget to install the latest Software version (http://octopusbox.com/eng/download/software).

usb debuging i checked and i use v1.50
but still can't unlock it.
