Is it possible to repair with octoplus?

Hello.

Repair of what? IMEI? Repair IMEI for SGH-I537 with 4.4.2 Android versions firmwares was not tested. Try to root the device and perform Repair IMEI operation. Then post here full Software log.

Octoplus team I537 on 4.4.2 I downgraded to 4.3 and rooted successfully.
Dialed *#9090# and chose first option as per instructions, the phone rebooted
and baseband UKNOWN and IMEI NULL. I have been going in circles for hours. I flashed the MFI and ML2 modem by Odin and failed. I can't find other modems. I think Im on NC9 bootloader. Any solution?

I Flashed I537UBUBML3_I537TCEBML3_TCE_Mexico(Telcel)_Android _4.3.OCT firmawire But Baseband still unknown.

To put SGH-I537 phone into download mode you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.

Baseband still unknown

This means modem part is damaged in your device. This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

Try to re-flash the device with different firmwares which You have and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct), perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

I got the baseband MF1 flashed by odin. I think I was flashing corrupt MF1 before . I did repair and went flawlessly. Remember not to select option one on *#9090#
