Hello.

Please try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Perform the Repair NVM operation.
3. Re-boot the device.
4. Insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to find and select network manually.
5. Write here the result.

hi octopus,

I am facing a strange issue with this phone...I did as you said and nothing changed !!!

but I noticed something strange...in my country there are two carriers...one of them is operate on 900 MHz(Jawwal Palestine) and the other on 1800 MHz(PS, Wataniya)...the disconnecting only happening on 900 MHz(Jawwal Palaestine) while the other is steady and stable !!!

oh one more thing .... I tried to set the operation frequency to only GSM 900/1800 by dialing *#2263# but the issue persist !!!

if You have tried to re-flash the phone and made repair NVM and the problem is the same, currently we have no other solution.

Also, accordingly to your notes:

the problem can be with your device or with operator's network settings.

Yes, You can try to update firmware. Please fully charge phone's battery before and make backups of phone's Security and EFS.
