i747 imei null no baseband no sound - GSM-Forum

hi i accidentally downgraded my i747 from 4.4.2 to 4.3 and got imei null and no baseband and no sound is there a way i can fix this please?

i tired putting the 4.4.2 update zip on sd card and tryed to apply update but still same thing stuck at 4.3 and i believe there is no actually stock firmware download yet if anyone can help please let me know

someone told me something about a efs file

Hello.

Yes, You need to find 4.4.2 Android firmware and write it, most likely, this will help to solve the problem. Unfortunately, currently we have no 4.4.2 Adroid firmware for this device. Try also to write other firmwares, which You have. Try to write "PIT_i747UCUEMJB_ATTEMJB_4files_Android_4.3.oc t" from the Support Area.
