It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged. Please re-flash the phone with different firmwares and after writing each firmware check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" operation. | |

If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip). |
