Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.7.6

To connect GT-I8190 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "UART" radio button to "Modem" value.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Can You Provide Me 3 File Package Firmware

Like:-

PDA: I8190XXALJL
CSC: I8190CNXALJ4
PHONE: I8190CNXALJ4

I Already Download More Firmware But There Are 2 File Only PDA+CSC If You Can Possible Just Give Me Full Package Firmware.

You can keep trying to restore phone's modem via writing different firmwares.
Also You can check phone's HW.

Phone Hardware is OK Its Destroy By Another Technician Use Thad Party Tools, So Its Software Problem Not in H/W

Write different firmwares from the Support Area one by one and check, whether modem is correct (whether SW version is not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair IMEI" operation.
