Please post here full Software log of all operations, which You've performed with the phone. Fully charge phone battery and try to switch it into Download Mode.

*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

Yes, dead boot repair of GT-I8262 is supported in Medusa box.
