Hello.
Try to do the next:
1. Re-flash the phone with the firmware "I897UCKF1_Android_2.3.3" from the Support Area.
2. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
3. Post here the result.

Make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition, re-flash the phone with another firmware and perfrom the Repair IMEI operation again.

Do the next:

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
3. Run the Software.
4. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
5. Re-flash the phone with the firmware "I897UCKF1_Android_2.3.3" from the Support Area.
6. Root the phone.
7. Make Repair IMEI again.
8. Close the Software.
9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.

Your phone is not rooted correctly. Please root the phone again and repeat the Repair IMEI operation. Accept all rooting requests (press "Allow" or "Accept" buttons) on the phone's screen.
