Hello.

Is your device model exactly GT-I9003? As You can see, your device HW was detected by Software as GT-P1000:

Try to do the next:

1. Make Repair EFS.
2. Reflash the phone.
3. Make Factory data/Hard Reset.
4. Root the phone manually.
5. Make Repair IMEI again.
6. Post here full Software log.
