Hello.
Currently Octopus Box Samsung Software doesn't support this phone model. We will add support for this phone model in next updates. Now, to re-set user (phone) code You can re-flash the phone using original Samsung flasher.

call sos, press and hold lock botton, press keypad then press *2767*2728# after reset enter new pin two times thats all
