If the phone doesn't enter into Download Mode, You need to use Jtag tool to repair phone's boot.

There is no repair file for GT-I9020a on the Medusa support area. Have You repaired your phone as GT-I9020? And phone goes into Download Mode after repairing?

Unfortunately, we have no firmware for GT-I9020a. You can try to re-flash it again with different firmware for GT-I9020, but phone's boot can be damaged again.
