just got 5 phones from customer with IMEI NUll

customer just tried to root phone

i have tried to repaier EFS ... flashing and same any advice

Hello.

Please enable "USB Debugging" mode, connect the phone directly to PC and perform "Read Info" operation from "Android/EFS manager" tab of the Software.
Post here full Software log of the operation.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

Quote:

SW version: Unknown

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).

If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

All firmwares for GT-I9060I, which we have at the moment are available in the Support Area.
We will search for new firmwares for this phone and if we manage to find them - files will be available in the Support Area.
