i9100 connection failed or invalid mmi code

i receive the phone for update.
Previous phone version was
android ver : 2.3.3
Baseband Ver : i9100XXKF1
Kernel Ver : 2.6.35.7-i9100JPKF-CL303619 root@Dell101 #2
Build Num: Gingerbread.JPKF3

Then i update the phone with
I9100XXLP6_OXXLP3_Android_4.0.3.oct this file.

after update network function is not working.
When i make call it show "Connection problem or invalid MMi code"

Then i repair efs and also repair imei and SL number
and make Repair NVM. But same problem. Call function is not working.

Then again i downgrade the phone from 4.0.3 to 2.3.3
with its orginal firmware. But same problem now.

I am alos trying to phone update with ver 4.1.2.
But same problem.

Try to make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition; then re-flash the phone again. Try to write different firmwares one by one and check whether the problem still exists.

I am also sorry if i bored u , this strange problem pain me.

I am also trying to update different firmware.
flash with Odin with different firmware and update ver like 4.0.3, 4.1 or 4.1.2.

Try to write firmware "I9100XWLSZ_I9100ORGLS1_Switzerland_Android_4.1.2" . Also You can try to perform the next:
1. Read EFS and Security backups.
2. Repair EFS and check whether network is available (active). If network is available - try to perform Repair IMEI operation and check network again.
