Hello.

As You can see from this Software log, modem part is damaged in your device:
Quote:
PDA Version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, try to re-flash the device with different firmwares and check whether modem is correct (not Unknown) and only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Don't forget to install the latest Software version (Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).

Of course, the same. As I have written above, it is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged. In your device modem part is still damaged:
Quote:
SW Version: Unknown
Write different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown), and only when phone's modem part will be correct, try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation.

Try one by one, this depends on your device revision.
