i9103 after repair imei efs mount prblem


i9103 after imei repair got this error and i cant fix it can anyone help pls what is the solution :

Hello.
Please try to do the next:
1. Do "wipe data/factory reset".
2. Do "wipe cache partition".
3. Then reboot the phone.

If phone will not start, please try to write firmware with different android versions for this phone model.
If this will not help - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with phone's flash chip).

tried 4-5 different roms and 3 parts one part diffrent pits same maybe its flash chip
