i9152 IMEI proplem


Hello octopus team

just got i9152 with damage IMEI flash it with special frimwear from support

trying to fix IMEI and getting this

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.

Hello.

As I see, here some problems with your device. Some data are damaged in your device:

This can be the problem, why it is impossible to make Repair IMEI. This can be HW problem or problem with phone's EFS. Unfortunately, currently Repair EFS is not supported for this device. If the device has no problems with EFS or HW, there shouldn't be any problems with performing Repair IMEI operation: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/9845616-post11.html.


What is the problem with your device exactly? What is the state of your phone?

Custmer update it via wifi and imei got damaged ..it is brand new phone trust me

Please do the next:
1. Close Octoplus Samsung Software.
2. Delete all files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation again.
6. Close the Software.
7. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device and write You the result.

As I see, from these logs, You have not written the special firmware before. Write the special firmware from the Support Area, perform steps 1-6 and post here link to new created "*.log" and "*.logx" files.

seems phone updated though OTA to EFS2 i guess if there is a way to downgrade phone all will works fine
