Full Rooted ok and try previous tutorial but can't unlocked my phone I9195

how can i do now??

Try to make "Repair NVM", then "Factory data reset" and repeat "Unlock" operation once again. Don't forget to take out SIM card from the phone before unlocking.

Try to perform "Repair NVM" operation. Try to use different SIM cards, try to search and select network manually.
