root with odin then try to unlock its give error that phone not root
same use root file from support, also KingoRoot but i have to factory reset before using another root software

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.

I had the same problem, just try to write UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.65. zip via recovery, and then make unlock or imei with octopus, that works for me.

run "SuperSU" and disable Knox and try unlock again but software detect that phone not rooted.

U have to flash cwm recovery clockwork 6.0.4.6 with odin then flash supersu in recovery mod

RE-flash the phone with firmware 4.4.2 and try to root with odin. you'll see.

here is the solution your firmware is 4.2.2 reflash it with 4.4.2 and try to root with odin again(CF-Auto-Root-serranolte-serranoltexx-gti9195) this root is supported by this version.

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version.
2. Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger.
3. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs, this is important!
4. Try to write this firmware with PIT again. Try to write another firmware with PIT from the Support Area. Try to write firmwares without PIT.

your operator is claro it does not have 4.4.2 yet but reflash with I9195UBUCNG2 firmware 4.4.2 important try to use odin 3.9 v
this time. just in case you suck in any step your original firmware is I9195UBUAMF5 4.2.2.
