i9300 baseband unknown octoplus


Hello , I'm new here , but since 3 weeks owner of an octoplus box . I've got a Samsung S GT-I9300 with baseband unknown .....no efs backup .
I need a efs file v2 for this phone with the *aefs extension so i can repair it with my octoplus box ?????

This means, that phone's modem part is damaged in your device. This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Is 4.3 version ok or do i have to go back to 4.04 or other ?

You can try to write any firmwares, which You have.

Unfortunately no succes of bringing back the baseband after flashing 40 different firmwares for i9300 . All 4.3

Also try to write firmwares with other Android versions, not only 4.3.

If after of writing all firmwares which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip). Try to change eMMC.

No succes after several attempts of flashing and full flashing . So maybe it is a HW failure .
