If you dont have IMEI then Service Menu will not work. First you need to repair EFS and after that IMEI from generic to what you whant/need.

If you have null imei to every samsung phone you have this options:
- write EFS or full dump with JTAG
- flash with Odin EFS folder.

If none of this options dosen't work then you have Hardware problems. You don't need a tool to do what Odin already can do.
Becouse Asansam is doing exactly this: flash efs folder in your phone.

You can try first with Octopus and if it dosent work you can try jtag. But for i9100, i9000 not i9300 becouse you can't.
